ImaginaryFriend was founded by Daniel Bonder, David Brown and Caroline Doyle in 2025, after decades spent launching, building and leading some of the world’s most iconic brands and agencies.
We named ourselves ImaginaryFriend because we believe in the imaginary — the ideas, companies, and products that exist in the mind that beg to be made real.
We also believe that brands need a friend in their corner— a deeply invested partner, not just a vendor, showing up in those critical moments to make the unreal, real.
Those beliefs shape how we work. We only take on a select number of projects that we believe have the chance of breaking through. We live by the reputation of the brands we build, so we’re as invested in the outcome as our clients are.
